Lead with results

Under each role, start with what changed because of you: “Cut checkout drop-off by 18%” beats “Responsible for checkout”.

Match the role

  1. 1Read the job and note the five things it asks for most.
  2. 2Make sure your summary and recent role show each one.
  3. 3Use the job’s own words where they’re true for you.

Keep it short

Two pages is plenty for most roles. Older roles can be a single line each.
