Each interviewer rates the interview’s criteria from 1 to 5, adds notes and a recommendation. Colleagues’ ratings stay hidden until you submit yours.

Hiring → Setup → Interview kits gives each criterion what to look for and questions to ask; they show beside it while scoring. Print a candidate’s interview kit for the hour’s plan, questions and space for notes.
