What it compares

A match score compares the skills and experience on your default CV, and your job preferences, with what the listing asks for. 85% or more is a strong match.

Why a job matched

Each job shows a line explaining the match — for example “Matches design systems and accessibility from your CV”.

Who sees it

Only you. Employers never see your score, and it never decides anything about your application.
